Westwind 404 3BD 3BA Platinum Condo in Lionshead Village

Great location! This is the fourth time renting this unit; had issues with upstairs shower each stay...mentioned to management. This recent stay was told Not to use this shower, this was a real inconvenience with 7 people trying to get ready. I would think the owner would credit me something for the inoperable shower and inconvenience !

Wonderful, spacious unit. Beautiful views of entire mountain. Well appointed kitchen. Very practical,roomy foyer,made for skiing. Only negative is terrible shower. Almost impossible to regulate temperature. This comes from using ' no name's shower body ( hot/ cold controller). Sally at front desk was especially helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed & the location was ideal. Some of the furnishings have seen better days, especially the living room sofa which is very saggy. The property management company was extremely helpful.

The location and decor of the unit were great. However it had some maintenance and condition issues that brought it down. The biggest issue was a musty smell from the closet in the master bedroom. Other issues were windows that had no screens and some would not open. The master bed was uncomfortable. It is a well decorated and updated unit and the location was great.

The staff at Westwind were incredibly nice and accommodating. The unit was clean -and even ready early. But the unit itself itself is a bit rundown and feels like it has been ignored. The fan in the 3rd floor bedroom didn’t work- and the window in that room was broken and not easily opened/closed. I’m tact while trying to open it the blinds fell off the rail on the left side. There are no screens on most of the windows. The couches are old and worn out. The kitchen has drawers that don’t even fully open because they hit other knobs etc. very much feels like a place that is used strictly for rentals with minimal- if any- upkeep over the years.

Fantastic! The unit was just as decribed with the bonus of an in-unit washer dryer.
Not deal breakers, but be aware:
1. We never received the any cleaning services which were supposed to be included with 1 week rental.
2. No air conditioning and the apt did stay hot at night
3. Smoke alarm broke and was never fixed. Beeped all night one night

Beautiful condo. Would surely love to stay again. We couldn’t find the coffee pot, and the window in the guest rooms with twin beds wouldn’t close. All in all, we had a great stay

Our unit was fantastic. Steam Bath! Super great - very comfortable, huge, lots of room for everyone - and fantastic views of the slopes. We couldn't have been happier! Thanks!

The condo was very comfortable and had most everything you need for your stay. It was very convenient to walking to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Underground parking is a little tight for larger vehicles.

Three bedrooms were all comfy. The steam shower was a nice surprise. Well stocked kitchen. Nice views!

We love the unit we have now rented 4 x. However, the great room couches are not up to par with the rest of the unit and not comfortable. Replacement is overdue. Otherwise, terrific.

Convenient location with a very friendly and helpful management team. We also loved the pool and the hot tub, especially after a long hike and a long night of fun in Vail! The furniture and Master BR mattress are quite tired.

Great place just behind the ice rink. It was clean, convenient, and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy.

I was hesitant to review, but hope it helps. The place is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as described. It desperately needs to be aired out, furniture and rugs cleaned. Very musty and old smoke smell throughout. Suitcases and clothes took on smell. I believe this is a very easy fix.
